Picky Domains is a risk-free naming service. It means you can place both premium and regular orders with the option of a refund.

Qualifications for a refund:

• The order has not been marked as non-refundable.
• No suggestion for the order has been chosen as a winner.
• Not more than 200 suggestions have been received up to the moment of the refund claim.
• Only the first order from a customer can be made non-refundable.

All refunds are to be processed within a 60 day period.

Should there be any suspicion that the client has registered domain(s) prior to/after requesting a refund, the refund may be put on hold, until the issue is resolved.

Clients may not use any suggestions provided by the service after the refund is granted. Should it be proven that the client used suggestions from the refunded order, a fine shall be imposed.

The service shall not be held liable for any refund delay due to verification, incomplete information, holidays, technical issues, lack of funds, natural disasters, or any other reason that prevents service from completing refund on time.
